Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings

Booking a seat on the Etno Lines website does not automatically imply ticket purchase and does not guarantee a seat on the minibus. Your seat is reserved in your name only after confirmation from our manager.

 

2. Payment Methods

Etno Lines accepts online payments through the PayNet.md system, Visa, and Mastercard. All payments for transport services will be made according to the instructions provided by our manager at the time of reservation confirmation.

 

3. Baggage Responsibility

The carrier is not responsible for the contents of the client's luggage when crossing the border between the Republic of Moldova and Romania. The client is responsible for all items they carry and for complying with customs regulations.

 

4. Cancellation of Bookings

Bookings can be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy. Please contact an Etno Lines representative for more details and to understand the cancellation procedure.

 

5. Schedule and Route Changes

Etno Lines reserves the right to change schedules and routes without prior notice. In case of such changes, we will make every effort to inform clients in a timely manner.

 

6. Behavior During Travel

All passengers are expected to adhere to good conduct rules during the journey. Abusive or disturbing behavior towards other passengers or Etno Lines staff will not be tolerated.

 

7. Limitations of Liability

Etno Lines is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, technical problems, traffic jams, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

8. Lost Items

Etno Lines is not responsible for items lost or forgotten in vehicles. However, we strive to assist in recovering any lost items, to the best of our ability.

 

9. Insurance

Passengers are advised to have personal travel insurance. Etno Lines does not provide insurance for passengers or personal belongings.

 

10. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By making a reservation, it is considered that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Etno Lines reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice.
